Karr Advocacy provides advocacy solutions and alternative approaches to complex issues special districts face. We work with special districts to increase capacity to pursue and succeed on funding and policy initiatives while also connecting districts to a network of professional services and goods providers to meet their demands. Further, Karr Advocacy also works to develop and maintain diverse special district coalitions, such as the Arizona Special Districts Alliance, where the need exists.
